電力是現(xiàn)代社會最重要最廣闊的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)之一，但在電能生產(chǎn)過程中，卻存在著資源浪費或不能完全、充分發(fā)揮效能的現(xiàn)象。為了解決水電生產(chǎn)中的這一問題，許多研究者提出了水電站經(jīng)濟運行的問題。到目前為止，已經(jīng)有許多從理論上解決這個問題的優(yōu)化算法來，但卻無法很好地得以實現(xiàn)。本文將水電站經(jīng)濟運行理論研究成果與新型的多Agent 理論結(jié)合起來，建立了一種與傳統(tǒng)自動化控制有著本質(zhì)區(qū)別，并且具有較高的智能性的水電站經(jīng)濟運行控制系統(tǒng)，從而為真正意義上實現(xiàn)水電站的經(jīng)濟運行提供依據(jù)。

Abstract: Electric power is one of the most important and widest support industries, but in the
process of power product, there are more phenomenon of resource waste or can’t completely and sufficiently exert efficiency. For to solve this problem, more investigators put forward the problem of hydropower economic running. Up to now, already there are more optimal arithmetic, but can’t optimally realize. This paper establish one control system of hydropower economic running that has essence distinguish with tradition automatic control and has upper intelligence by band the theory production of hydropower economic running and new-style Multi-Agent theory together, which provide basis for realize hydropower economic running in deed.
