提出了一種基于送風溫度預測實現的熱風爐系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)為可變周期運行和控制。它以整個熱風爐系統(tǒng)的最低送風溫度作為總的控制指標,采用基于實例的方法推理預測送風結束時間,并根據預測結果動態(tài)地調節(jié)后續(xù)送風熱風爐的燃燒終點,從而使各個熱風爐在燃燒階段所積蓄的熱量得到充分的釋放,以達到降低煤氣消耗和減少熱風溫度波動的雙重目的。

led under variable cycle. The whole system is operated with the minimum temperature of forced air as the goal,and by using inference for predicted end
time of forced air based on practical example,and dynamically regulating combustion end point for feeding air afterwards. Thus the heat storage in each hot - blast stove during combustion period
can be fully released,by which the gas consumption is reduced and the temperature fluctuation of hot air is decreased.
