該文在研究傳統(tǒng)的級(jí)聯(lián)型多電平逆變器的基礎(chǔ)上提出了一種多電平逆變器基本構(gòu) 成單元的概念，并從這一概念出發(fā)，提出了基于基本構(gòu)成單元串-并、并-串思想生成多電平逆變器拓?fù)涞姆椒?。以此方法得到的大量多電平逆變器拓?fù)?，不僅涵蓋了已有的基本多電平電路拓?fù)?，而且得到一些新的拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)，從而將多電平變換拓?fù)浣y(tǒng)一在基本構(gòu)成單元的概念之內(nèi)。為了驗(yàn)證所得到拓?fù)涞恼_性，以串－并拓?fù)錇槔?，進(jìn)行了仿真和實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證。這一概念也為多電平逆變器新拓?fù)涞纳商峁┝怂悸贰?BR>關(guān)鍵詞：多電平逆變器 基本單元 拓?fù)?BR>
Abstract ：:On the basis of the conventional multilevel cascade voltage source inverte，a new research clew to construct multilevel Inverter topologies is proposed, which is based on the concept of basic cells and their series-parallel and parallel-series connections. A series of
multilevel converter topologies are deduced from the clew, which include the existing topologies and many new ones. To confirm the validities of the new topologies, one of them are taken as examples for simulations and experiments, and the results showed the validities. This paper provides a new direction for construction more novel multilevel converter topologies.
