近年來出現(xiàn)的離散事件系統(tǒng)（DES）理論為數(shù)?；旌想娐返臏y試提供了一種新的解
決思路，本文對DES 理論在求取數(shù)?；旌想娐返目蓽y試性和最小測試集中的應(yīng)用進行了論述。該種方法可以在計算機上用C++語言實現(xiàn)。

The research of the testability of Mixed-signal circuits based on the DES theory

This paper illustrates the application of the DES in the getting of testability and the minimum test set of the mixed-signal circuits. This method can be realized on computer by the C++.
