本文用晶體管PN結作溫度傳感器，用集成電路ICL7135等作A／D轉換器，以AT89C51為控制器，制作了測量精度可達0.01℃的數(shù)字溫度計。主要介紹了本數(shù)顯溫度計的硬件結構和軟件編程實現(xiàn)的方法，通過實驗測試說明，所設計的溫度計能達到要求。

Abstract: This paper introduces a digital thermometer with 0.01℃ precision, whose
controller is the computer AT89C51 ,whose A/D converter is made of the integrated
circuit ICL7135 and whose temperature sensor is made of a transistor tube. This
paper demonstrates the procedures of the hardware structuring and the software
programming of this kind of digital thermometers. Experiments and tests prove that
the design of this kind of digital thermometers has come up to the required
standards.
